A booking no longer shows as paid when only its deposit was collected.

Fixes

• Deposits: a booking with a deposit could show as Paid while the balance was still owed. This happened when the payment was reported to Parlor a second time. The booking now stays at deposit paid until the balance is charged. Bookings already marked paid by this are not changed.
• Chargebacks: when a payment dispute escalates to a chargeback, the owner now gets one alert. A repeated report of the same escalation no longer sends a second one.
