Canceling inside the late window shows the fee before it’s charged.

Canceling an appointment inside the late-cancel window asks first: Review cancellation, then Cancel this appointment? with the fee amount. Before, the fee was charged without a warning.
Canceled appointments carry a Canceled tag.
Checkout
Start a new sale after a paid walk-in opens a new sale. It used to open a blank page.
When package credits cover the whole ticket, the register shows Credits applied — $0 due.
A fee that wasn’t collected shows · Not collected instead of reading as paid by the card on file.
While a charge is in progress, the ticket can’t be edited, and an open payment link can be withdrawn with Cancel open payment link. Canceling a visit cancels its open payment link too.
Card reader failures say what went wrong instead of “Request failed with status code 422”.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card can’t pay out twice. Refunding a gift card purchase is capped at what’s left on the card, and the refund dialog says how much was already spent.
Voiding a package a client bought says Void and refund, and Void is off for a gift card that’s already voided.
Clients
The client list loads a page at a time and shows the count, like “50 of 105 clients”.
Clients who agreed to appointment texts get their reminder by email while text messages are activating as carrier registration completes. Before, they got no reminder. It goes to clients with an email address who agreed to appointment emails.
Booking page
The booking page hides services no provider offers. Booking one used to stop at the provider step.
A client trying to cancel an appointment with a payment in progress is asked to contact the studio.
Settings
Settings → Account has Your profile, where you set your name.
Below 1024 pixels wide, the sidebar opens from a menu button.
Fixes
Removing and re-applying a package or membership credit didn’t use a credit, so a one-visit package could cover two visits, and a voided package could still be applied.
A member discount on all services applied to one service line. It applies to every service line: two $100 services at 20% off total $160.
Editing a package failed every time.
The card payment page showed clients a package’s internal ID instead of its name.
The Packages report counted some sales twice.
A voided comp gift card kept its balance.
A canceled appointment that had been rescheduled showed $0.00.
