Each service can have its own online booking days and times.
Online booking
Booking preferences in Settings → Studio has three new rows:
Minimum notice: how far ahead clients must book online, from 0 (none) up to 30 days. It’s 2 hours unless you change it, which is what it was before. Services that need your approval still wait at least 24 hours.
Booking window: how far out clients can book, from 1 to 365 days. The default is 90.
Avoid awkward gaps between appointments: keeps online bookings from leaving gaps too short to fill. Off by default.
Each service has an Online booking setting: Any time the team member is working, or Only on certain days and times with one or more time ranges. A service can also set its own Minimum notice and How far ahead clients can book; left alone, it uses the studio’s.
The booking page tells clients the rule (“Thursdays only”) and greys out days a service can’t be booked, with the reason. A client rescheduling from their confirmation link is held to the same rules. Appointments you book from the calendar aren’t. See Set up your services.
Commissions, booth rent and tips
Each team member has a Pay section under Team: Pay type (Employee or Booth renter), Service commission and Retail commission, as a percent or No commission. Parlor reports what each person earned; it doesn’t pay anyone.
At checkout, product and custom lines have Sold by, which starts as Studio sale (no commission). A tip can be divided with Split tip or Split evenly, and a walk-in sale asks who the tip goes to.
Reports has a Commissions tab with Download CSV.
Pay settings and the Commissions report are for owners and admins.
